LOVE HURTS:

A Valentine’s Partner Strength & Cardio Challenge

You and a partner take on a hour-long workout designed to test strength, conditioning, and teamwork. This Valentine’s challenge is about showing up, sharing the work, and finishing together.

Every team that completes the workout will be entered into a raffle to win a prize: a Lululemon backpack and water bottle!

How it Works:

  • Teams of two

  • Complete the workout in one session from February 9th - 13th.

  • All reps of one exercise must be completed before moving on to the next exercise 

  • Partners may split reps as they choose. For example, if there are 100 squats, one partner can do 40 and the other can do 60

  • One partner must work, while the other partner rests

  • You must complete all reps of one exercise before moving on to the next one

  • Once finished, submit your completion to be entered into the raffle​

  • Exercise options are available so all members can participate safely and effectively

How to Enter the Raffle:

To be entered into the raffle, teams must:

  • Sign up HERE

  • Complete the workout in full

  • Submit completion via method: coach sign-off or class attendance

  • Submissions must be received by Friday, February 13th at 6pm

  • Every team that finishes and submits correctly will be entered to win.

  • Come to Coach Amanda's Class on Friday, February 13th at 4:30pm, and she will coach you through the workout and offer tips and modifications

  • Sign up for the class on Mindbody!

200 Med Ball Slams

150 Calories on Spin Bike

120 Suitcase Reverse Lunges

100 Hanging Knee Tucks

80 Burpees over Dumbbell

60 Thrusters

40 Pull Ups
