PHILOSOPHY ON FITNESS & LIFE:
As the General Manager of Rowes Wharf Health Club, Amanda is passionate about creating an inclusive space where every individual feels welcomed, engaged, and empowered. Her mission is clear: to exceed member expectations, foster a culture of health and wellness, and guide everyone on their fitness journey.
With extensive experience in the fitness industry, Amanda has successfully launched and managed various gyms and fitness studios, including the iLoveKickboxing franchise, and a CrossFit affiliate in Manhattan. As a personal trainer and group fitness coach, she blends her diverse expertise in martial arts, ballet, and strength training to nurture clients through injury prevention, fat loss, and mind-body fitness.
Outside of the club, you can find Amanda organizing hiking trips with friends, biking, and painting. A Level II Reiki Practitioner, she practices self-Reiki and meditation daily, believing that mental and physical well-being go hand-in-hand. Amanda looks forward to meeting each and every one of you!
