Rowes Wharf Health Club is fully equipped with premium finishes, including full-service locker rooms, towel service, day use lockers, steam, dry, and red-light therapy saunas, and state-of-the-art fitness equipment by Matrix, Escape, and Peloton.

The Health Club is included in your stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. It offers a tiered membership for corporate tenants and residents that includes group fitness classes, a fitness assessment, and personal training sessions.
